About Atlumi
Atlumi shows sterile processing technicians each instrument in a surgical tray, where it goes and what to inspect, and keeps a recording of every set they build. We work with hospitals, distributors and manufacturers.
About the role
You’ll be the sterile processing expert on our team. You’ll review content before it reaches the bench, help hospitals bring Atlumi into their departments, and turn what technicians tell us into changes to the product.
What you’ll do
- Review photos, tray outlines and inspection clips against the manufacturer’s IFU before they’re published.
- Help sterile processing teams set up Atlumi and train their staff.
- Work with our engineers and designers on how the bench should work.
- Represent Atlumi with sterile processing leaders and at industry events.
What you’ll bring
- Several years in sterile processing or medical device reprocessing, at the prep and pack bench and beyond.
- Certification in sterile processing or medical device reprocessing.
- Experience training or supervising technicians.
- Clear, patient communication with technicians, managers and engineers.
