Privacy policy
Last updated 13 October 2026
This policy explains what information Atlumi Limited (“Atlumi”, “we”), an Ontario corporation, collects through atlumi.com, why, and what we do with it. It covers this website only. Atlumi’s software has its own terms with each customer.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect what you type into it:
- your name, work email and organization
- your organization type (hospital, distributor, manufacturer or other)
- your role and your message, if you add them
Please don’t include patient information in your message.
When you apply for a role, we collect what you send with your application:
- your name, email and resume, and the role you applied for
- your phone number, a link (such as LinkedIn) and a note, if you add them
When you visit any page, our hosting provider processes the technical information every website receives, such as your IP address, your browser type and the page you asked for. It’s used to deliver the page and to protect the site from attacks.
To keep spam out of our forms, we use a bot-detection service on the contact page and the job application forms. It checks signals from your browser and device, such as your IP address and browser details, to tell people from automated bots.
To see how the site is used, we use a web analytics service. It counts page views and measures how quickly pages load, and shows us only totals, such as how many people visited a page or which country they were in. It doesn’t identify you or follow you across other websites.
We don’t use advertising tools. We don’t set cookies or store anything in your browser.
How we use it
We use what you send through the contact form only to reply to you and to continue the conversation you started. We use a job application only to consider you for roles at Atlumi, now or as the team grows. We use technical information to run the site and keep it secure. We don’t send newsletters or marketing email.
How we share it
We don’t sell your information. We share it only in these cases:
- Service providers. Companies that provide website hosting and data storage, spam protection, email delivery and email, and web analytics process information on our behalf. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information when the law requires it, such as in response to a court order, or when it’s needed to protect the rights, property or safety of Atlumi or others.
- Business transfers. If Atlumi is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, information may be shared with the other parties and transferred as part of that transaction, where it will remain protected as this policy describes.
Where it’s stored
Some of our service providers are based in, or run servers in, other countries. Your information may be stored or processed outside Canada, and outside Quebec if you live there, including in the United States. There, it may be accessible to courts, law enforcement and national security authorities under local law.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. If you become a customer, your agreement with us covers the information from then on.
- Job applications: up to 24 months after you apply, then deleted. If we hire you, your application becomes part of your employee record.
- Technical records, such as server logs and email delivery records kept by our service providers: deleted automatically, usually within 30 days.
How we protect it
Everything you send to this site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and only the people at Atlumi who handle enquiries and hiring can read them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you and for a copy of it, ask us to correct it or delete it, or withdraw your consent to our using it. Email hello@atlumi.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or, if you live in Quebec, the Commission d’accès à l’information.
Children
This website isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
