About Atlumi
Atlumi shows sterile processing technicians each instrument in a surgical tray, where it goes and what to inspect, and keeps a recording of every set they build. We work with hospitals, distributors and manufacturers.
About the role
You’ll be the main contact for the hospitals that use Atlumi. You’ll plan each rollout, train managers and technicians, and use the department’s numbers to help every shift make the most of it.
What you’ll do
- Plan and run rollouts with sterile processing managers: benches, sign-in, trays and training.
- Watch how each site uses Atlumi, by shift, and help where it slows people down.
- Run regular reviews with managers on their builds, flags and training records.
- Bring what customers tell you back to our product team.
What you’ll bring
- Experience rolling out software in hospitals, or running operations in sterile processing.
- Clear communication with technicians, managers and directors.
- Comfort with data, from dashboards to spreadsheets.
- Willingness to spend time on site.
